STEP 110

The STEP 110 our new automatic wet cleaning machine that cleans the steps and risers of escalator steps at the same time.

To clean the escalators the steps may remain installed. To clean the escalator, you have to stop it. Then you place the machine on the escalator. While the machine stands still on the escalator you can choose between 3 different cleaning programs. The programs are different in the running time as well as in the amount of water and cleaning chemical is sprayed on the escalator’s steps. The first program takes 15 seconds and is designed for light or maintenance cleaning. In the second program the cleaning cycle takes 27 seconds. The program is designed for a regular cleaning with big gaps in-between while the third program is designed for heavy cleaning. The cleaning cycle takes 39 seconds and removes very hard, long time not removed dirt.

Thanks to the symbols on the user interface the machine is easy to operate. You can choose the program by just turning a rotary switch.

During the cleaning cycles you will experience the new brush system. With its 18 brushes and the new rail design it can produce more pressure on the surface and can therefor clean faster and more efficient the escalator steps. Another plus point is that the gap between the steps can be cleaned much deeper than before.

With the 20 Liter tanks, which are easy to transport thanks to the integrated handles, long cleaning cycles can be achieved on the escalator. Different lengths and materials of the integrated brushes ensure that all types of soiling are eliminated quickly.

Our cleaners are considered to be especially durable, and this is also reflected in the STEP 100. It is ensured that only high-quality materials such as stainless steel, durable aluminum and splash resistant, stable plastic is used.
